Cancellation & Refund Policy

S.A. Textiles believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2-3 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • S.A. Textiles does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the defect on their end. This should be reported within 2-3 days of receipt of the product.

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 2-3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

  • For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and contact them directly for assistance.

  • In case any refunds are approved by S.A. Textiles, the refund will be processed within 3-4 days and credited to the original payment method.


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
